Restaurant operations system
Ongoing
Nok Nok
The first system built with this method: turning a restaurant's till and booking exports into checked information its owners can review and decide from.
- Source contracts for the till and booking exports, defined before any logic was written
- Checks at each step, from raw exports to clean data to the summaries people read
- A management review pack, so the owners approve each next step
- A React dashboard, in development, for operating state, the review queue and pipeline status
- Python
- React
- TypeScript
Company website
In progress
A UK software company
A rebuild of a software company's website, taken from content inventory and copy deck through to a tested build.
- Every page pre-rendered from one React code base, so it loads fast and is easy to index
- A design-token system, so the brand lands in one file
- Contrast, accessibility and browser tests on every change
- An interactive product demo that runs in the browser
- React
- TypeScript
- Vite
Client figures, results and screenshots appear here only with that client's sign-off.

Systems and interface
The interface we run our own work on
Our owner interface, shown on its test data: every piece of software mapped by department, how work flows from sources to an approved action, one department as a pipeline of jobs, the board where agent work waits for a person, and a made-up example run replayed step by step.
Client interface
A client app, as a template
The app a business's owner and managers open each morning, shown on a made-up salon and clinic group with three sites: today's figures with where each came from and how fresh it is, a source that has gone quiet, and the queue where agent work waits for a person to approve or dismiss it.
Website and motion
A restaurant website: the painted journey
The story page of a restaurant's new website, still a prototype: as the visitor scrolls, a painted beach bar gives way to an island in Thailand on a framed map, then a globe turns and a route draws to the Welsh coast, ending in the dining room. The globe was rendered in Blender along the page's own camera, repainted in a gouache style with generated video, composed back and scrubbed by the scroll bar, with the place names drawn live on top.

Walking through a finished site
Every section and interaction, on desktop and on a phone.

Motion
Scroll animation that stays readable
Scroll-driven motion, and the same page with reduced motion switched on.

Motion
A restaurant home page that drives you to the door
The opening photograph dissolves into a painted street, and the scroll bar drives a tuk-tuk past the shops to the restaurant's own front door. Still a prototype.

Motion
A restaurant website that tells its story as you scroll
A painted journey from an island in Thailand to the coast the restaurant stands on: rendered in Blender along the page's own camera, repainted with generated video, and scrubbed by the scroll bar.

Blender
A brand mark in three dimensions
A flat logo built into a lit, animated render by a script, in colours taken from the site itself.
- Blender

Blender
See the room before it is built
One camera move rendered as plain clay and as the finished room, so a layout can be agreed before anything is painted or bought. A made-up café.
- Blender
- Python
Recorded on our own projects, on sample data, and on client work its owner has agreed to show. No client data.
Art direction
One scene, four art styles
The render
Blender, with real terrain relief, along the same camera path the web page scrolls through.
Photoreal
A generated pass that turns the render into a view from orbit.
Gouache
The painted look the restaurant's site uses for its story page.
Two-colour print
A flat print style, for a bolder brand or a poster.
The camera move is rendered once in Blender. Each style is a pass laid over the same frames, so the look can change without rebuilding the scene.
3D asset studio
A shopfront, built once and restyled
The model
The asset studio render: street, shopfront and tuk-tuk, before any styling.
Hand-painted
A soft animated-film pass, with planting and warm light added.
Impasto
Thick brushwork and stronger colour, for a bolder poster or social clip.
Site cut
The painted pass in the brand colours, cut for the restaurant website.
The street, the shopfront and the tuk-tuk are modelled once in Blender. The painted passes reuse the same frames, so a brand can try a look before it commits to one.
Before and after
See the change before it is built

Before

After
A made-up room, modelled once in Blender. The same camera renders the grey block-out and the finished look, so a change can be judged before any work starts.
