- Where does the work start?
With a Health Check. It takes one narrow problem, follows it across the handful of systems and people it runs through, and tells you what is wrong and what to do first. It takes a few working days.
A Systems Health Check- Do we have to replace our software?
Not to start with. We map what you have, show the gaps, connect what you keep, and build only what is missing. It runs on your own accounts.
- When does anything get automated?
Only once the data can be trusted. Then we automate repeatable admin and checks, such as scheduled refreshes and alerts, and a person still approves anything that touches money, customers or staff.
How we work- Where does our data go?
Your customers' data stays in your systems, or in a private workspace set up for your business alone.
- Whose accounts does it run on?
Your AI model and plan, your repository, your hosting and your logins. Agents reach your tools through connectors you grant and can take away.
- Who will we work with?
The person you first speak to leads the work directly: the audit, the build and the reviews.

Tools and AI assistants prepare and check the work, and a person approves it.
- Can the work grow without us agreeing?
We agree the boundary in writing before work starts. Anything we notice outside it is written down for you, and the work does not grow without your say.
- What happens once it is built?
We hand it over, or keep running it with you on a managed basis. Each role gets its own seat in plain English.
- How do we get started?
