How we work

Trust the data first. Automate second.

Every engagement runs the same four steps, so the work is documented and nothing is automated before the data can be trusted.

The steps

Audit, build, review, then automate

  1. Audit
  2. Build
  3. Review
  4. Automate

Audit

We look at what you already have: exports, spreadsheets, the systems you use and who knows what. You get a written review of what is reliable, what is missing and what to build first.

Build

We standardise and connect the data, then build the first useful output (a dashboard, a report or a tool) with its sources and checks in view.

Review

We use it together on a regular cadence. Anything uncertain is flagged, and the decisions stay with you.

Automate

Only then do the repeatable parts get automated, with an approval step for anything that matters.

Your customers' data stays in your systems, or in a private workspace set up for your business alone.

Watch a run

One workflow, three weeks

A made-up café's weekly supplier order, drawn the way we hand it over. Pick a week and watch the run: every step lights as it passes, and nothing reaches the supplier until a person approves.

Note: A clean week

  • Every count passes its check
  • The order is drafted from par levels and prices
  • A person approves it, then the email goes
  1. Stock sheetPassed
  2. Check the countsPassed
  3. Draft the orderPassed
  4. A person approvesPassed
  5. Email the supplierPassed

Made-up café, made-up steps. Tool names are examples, not a record of any client's system.

Try a check

Change the stock sheet. Watch the checks and the order.

A made-up café's weekly stock sheet. Change a count, clear a price or type a minus number: the checks flag what a person should look at, and the draft order only includes rows that pass.

Waits on a person: nothing is sent before approval.

Made-up café, made-up figures. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you type is kept or sent.

The system

From your sources to an approved action

Scroll, or pick a stage: the same records move from loose exports into checked rows, run through your rules, gather into a few decisions, and end as one approved action, drawn here as our mark.

A drawing on made-up records, not a client's data.

Email is the best way to reach us. A few lines on the problem and the systems involved are plenty to start with.
